I spent the last few years walking around and taking classes in a school with thousands of pictures on the walls of people who are now lawyers. Today I saw my picture on the wall.

At cadet trial training when the [fake] police report charged the defendant with Assault Third and the Report part literally said "There were no injuries" and I couldn't get the "victim" to say she even got a bruise. Then the Judge asked if "the prosecution planned on putting on any witnesses to prove its case" and I had to stand up and say "No, Your Honor."

My neighbor called in a noise complaint on me a half hour after sunset because I was fingerpicking on my acoustic. This is the same neighbor that randomly bangs on his walls and slams his front door every single time he goes through it.

I spent seven hours over the course of the weekend preparing for this trial. And the defense attorney freaking consented to the foreiture.

Well, I have my first trial tomorrow.
